Can I modify the look and color of dresses shown in pictures?
Yes. We give you this unique opportunity to have your dress designed according to your wishes without any extra cost. For example; if the suit is in half sleeves, it can be made in full sleeves or sleeveless. You can choose a different color from our Color Chart.
Pants can be made as traditional shalwar or churidar or more modern looking trousers. Lengths, widths and other dimensions of the dress can be modified. Please choose the 'Custom Size' option to suggest modifications.

What do you mean by shalwar/trousers in description of dresses?
It means you can either choose shalwar or trousers (pant) using our Custom Size form.

Can I return custom made dresses?
Custom made dresses are not simply refundable. Read our return policy for details.

What are the washing instructions of the dresses?
Women's Wear:
- Most of the casual dresses are machine washed except where Hand embroidery is mentioned. In that case, hand wash is preferred to save the hand embroidery.
- Semi-party, party, lehnga and wedding dresses with hand embroidery should be dry cleaned for the best results and durability.
Men's Wear:
- Men's shalwar kameez with machine embroidery are machine washed. The waist coat suits are hand washed/dry cleaned.
- Sherwani and Prince suits are dry cleaned only.

The color of the dress I received is slightly different as compared to the dress shown on the web site. Why is this change?
Sometimes the final outfit has a slightly different shade. There are many factors involved. Few are given below.
- During the dying process, it is not always possible to achieve the same shade each time.
- The color setting of different monitors vary. The shades shown on one monitor may look slightly different on another monitor.

Are suits listed in your Designer Section made by the original designers?
No, suits listed in our 'Designer Wear' section are not made by the original designers. These pictures are taken from various sources.
These designer dresses are duplicated by our expert designers. In most cases, one can hardly see any difference (in some cases, up to 90% similarity is possible). This procedure, on the other hand, provides a great cost benefit to our customers. It almost cuts the cost to half or more with the similar quality, workmanship and materials.
Most of the pictures shown in other dress categories are the original dress pictures.

If I choose a standard size option, will my order be shipped earlier?
The making time is same for both Standard size and Custom size options.
 
How much time does an order take to reach its destination?
Dresses are custom made and may take about two-three weeks to get ready. Once an order is dispatched, courier service method takes 4 working days and Express Mail service takes 6-8 working days for worldwide deliveries.
For example: By Express Mail shipping method, you may receive the dresses in three to four weeks.
