We take maximum care in quality control. You may return the product for
replacement/refund, if you received a wrong item or received an item
that is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
The customer must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased. All items are shipped from Pakistan, therefore items must be returned to our office in Pakistan (shipping is not refunded).
Custom Made Dresses
We check all ordered dresses for the given sizes and specifications before shipping. Most of our dresses are made and stitched for the selected sizes after receiving orders. We are unable to simply refund the custom made dresses. These dresses are made for individual customers considering their specific requirements and hence are not useful for any other customer.
We are dedicated at 786shop.com to offer you our best services. We will still help you in sorting out problems with such customized dresses. We may offer you free alteration services (if possible at all) to suit your needs and then ship back to you at our expense. Sometimes the requested alterations are not possible to a particular dress such as changing the colors, increasing the length, changing fabrics or embroidery patterns etc.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, similarly sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot refund the order. So make sure to send through a reliable postal service.
If an item is not available or it is not possible to make as requested, we will request the customer to select alternate item. If no alternate selection is desired by customer then he/she will be refunded against the non-delivered goods along with the respective shipping charges.
We issue the refund within 2-3 business days after receiving the products. It may take about 7-10 days to actually reflect this amount in your account from the date we processed the credits. This delay is due to the time taken by our payment processor and the corresponding banks. Customers can check these credits in their credit card statement.
Most dresses are made on order. If an order is under process and is canceled by a customer after 5 days of placing the order, we will deduct 10% late order cancellation charges.
In some cases, we may ask further verification from the customer. If a customer fails to provide the verification and order is therefore canceled, we will deduct 5% as card processing fee that has been charged to us already by the payment processing companies. If a customer asks us to cancel the payment 48 hours after placing the order due to any other reason, 5% card processing fee will be deducted.
The details of the products (such as weight, colors, handwork details, etc.) mentioned are only approximate values.
We make every effort to accurately reproduce colors, but there may still be minor variations in color of the actual product. This is due to the manual dying process, availability of fabrics, differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings or capabilities of various monitors. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice.
Hand Embroidery Works
We assume that customers who are ordering items with hand embroidery works such as sequence, beads, diamantes etc. are aware of the fact that these embellishments have a tendency to come off while folding or unfolding of a dress. Sometimes during the physical checking at the customs during transit, some of sequences or beads may come off. Do not panic or over-react because this is considered normal with heavily hand embroidered dresses.
