SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES

Shipping is one of the most important part of any online business. Shipping has to be efficient, low cost and safe. We have thrown a lot of resources and time in making the most efficient and cost effective Shipping System for our customers. 
We use reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS for standard shipments throughout the world.
All products are shipped from Pakistan. Shipping is calculated by weight of the ordered products.

Free Shipping:
We are now offering Free international shipping by Express Mail service on orders worth US$500 or above. Free shipping is offered to the following countries only.
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE.

We have introduced two shipping methods.

1  Courier Service
By courier shipping method, orders are delivered worldwide within 4 working days once the parcel is dispatched. Parcels are shipped using couriers like DHL, FedEx or UPS. Order Tracking System is available.

2  Express Mail Service
In case of International Express Mail shipping, orders are normally delivered worldwide within 6-8 working days once the parcel is dispatched. Shipping cost is lower as compared to courier service. Order Tracking System is available in this method.
  
Important Tip:
Shipping cost for first Kg is always higher as compared to subsequent weights. Therefore shipping cost per item is substantially decreased when more than one items are ordered.
For Example: Shipping cost of first Kg, in case of Express Mail to USA, is $24.17 and for next weights, you are paying only $9.17 per Kg.

Calculate Shipping Charges:

Custom Duty
Most of the items are shipped as gifts and there is no custom duty on them. But in some countries, your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes. Any of the taxes, if applied, will be paid by the recipient at the destination.    

Tracking Details
Your can track your order by going to our order tracking page by entering the order number already provided to you. Shipping information is updated a couple of days after the order is shipped.

Left at Door
Residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not at home or no one answers the door bell. The courier service will not be able to provide signed confirmation of such deliveries.
For the safety of your parcel and to ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. We will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at customer's address by the courier service.
